To use PKO, the User must read this Privacy Policy carefully and completely and, if they agree with its content, they must express themselves accordingly, demonstrating their free, express and informed consent, by selecting the option corresponding to “I accept the Privacy Policy” when registering with PKO.

This Policy can be accessed by the User at any time through the link

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION:

1. When you provide it to us or give us permission to obtain it.

When you use PKO, you voluntarily share certain information, including your name, email address, phone number, photos, Pins, comments, and any other information you give us. You can also share your device settings or information about yourself. 

Additionally, we may use your IP address to define your approximate location, even if you choose not to share it. 

If you connect your Facebook, Google(opens in a new window), or other third-party accounts to PKO, we will use information from those accounts (such as your friends or contacts) to improve your PKO experience. This depends on the privacy policies or settings of these accounts and does not replace the terms of use or privacy policies of any third party such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, WhatsApp or similar.

2. We also obtain technical information when you use PKO.

• Registration data. 3. Our partners and advertisers share information with us.

We may also obtain information about you and your activity outside of PKO from our affiliates, advertisers, partners and other third parties with whom we work. For example:

• Online advertisers or third parties share information with us to measure, report, or improve the performance of ads on PKO, or to find out what types of ads to show you on or off PKO. WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

When we identify your interests based on your behavior outside our website using cookies, we or our partners will obtain all necessary consents. 

Other than the specific circumstances above, we will only use your information with your consent to:

• Allow search with photos. For example, if you take a photo of a pair of shoes or a piece of furniture that you like, you can ask us to show you similar items. You can opt for this in your device's operating system settings;
• Send you marketing materials via email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification or phone call, depending on your account settings or operating system. Every time we send you marketing materials, we will give you the option to unsubscribe;

Information services requested by the User: Certain products or services found on PKO may use the User's personal information, which may be done in the following ways:

• The information that the User sends is used to provide requested information, products or services. Sharing may occur with third parties to complete the order, or to facilitate the use of the services;
• The Provider may use third-party services to perform support functions for the various tools, functionalities, products and services offered by PKO. These service providers will not be authorized to use the information collected for any purpose other than to perform support functions for PKO;
• For products and services offered to the User, in partnership between the Provider and third parties, Personal Information may be shared or gathered independently by them. In these situations, the Provider will use Personal Information only as defined in this Privacy Policy. In this case, said third parties may process said data independently, without any interference from the Provider, however, subject to the conditions established in this document.

Information Gathered Automatically: Information that is gathered automatically, including that through the use of cookies, may be shared anonymously with Advertisers and third parties. When this data is aggregated and transmitted, all Personal Information, if any, is deleted.

Furthermore, the Provider may share the information collected with third parties, in the following cases:

The. To protect your interests in any type of conflict, including legal actions;

B. In the case of transactions and corporate changes involving the Provider, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary for the continuity of services; or

w. By court order or at the request of administrative authorities that have legal competence to request it.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION:

The User may request the rectification, deletion or change in the way data collected about them is processed, as well as the exercise of their right to portability and withdrawal of the consent expressed on this occasion, by email at [email protected] , in which case the Provider will make every effort to respond to requests in the shortest possible time, respecting the storage periods provided for in applicable legislation. Therefore, the deletion of data will result in the end of using the Website’s services.

HOW WE STORE COLLECTED INFORMATION:

For the storage of collected information, the User declares to be aware that the Provider adopts the following precautions in the storage and processing of User information: (a) we use standard and market methods to anonymize the collected data; (b) we have software to protect against unauthorized access to our systems; (c) we only authorize previously established people to access the locations where we store the information; (d) we use SSL cryptographic systems (“Secure Sockets Layer”) for information of a financial nature, the main technology currently available for online security and electronic security keys; and those who come into contact with the information must undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality. Breach of confidentiality will result in civil liability and the person responsible will be prosecuted in accordance with Brazilian legislation.

Such precautions, however, do not fully guarantee that all information that passes through PKO will not be accessed by malicious third parties, through methods developed to obtain information improperly. As a result, the Provider is not responsible for illicit access, as well as for acts of third parties who are successful in collecting or using, by any means, registration data and information made available on the Website by the User.

The User further acknowledges that the information will not necessarily be stored on servers located in Brazil, and may be forwarded to any country where Privacy has servers, or even stored in a third-party cloud.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION:

We only keep your information for as long as we need it to provide PKO to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This is also the case for anyone with whom we share your information and who performs services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we cannot identify you.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

The prohibition, invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this instrument will not invalidate or affect the same as a whole, and all other provisions of this instrument that have not been affected by the prohibition, invalidity or unenforceability of the inoperative clause must remain in force.

This Policy will be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, regardless of the conflicts of these laws with the laws of other states or countries. The User's home court will be competent to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, regardless of any other, however privileged it may be or may be.
